The terms that govern this platform.

Acceptance

By using the AOR Innovation Hub, operated by AOR Medical Solutions, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for that organization.

Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for lawful commercial, educational and partnership purposes.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, roles, documents or data you were not granted.
• Do not upload malicious code, scrape the platform in bulk, or disrupt its operation.
• Do not submit patient identifiers, medical records or protected health information.

Accounts and portal access

The partner portal is invitation and approval only. Access is granted per role (administrator, distributor, agent) and may be suspended or revoked at any time. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Confidentiality of partner materials

Pricing, internal price lists, commission terms, agreements, training materials and documents inside the portal are confidential. They may be used only for authorized AOR business and must not be redistributed publicly or to third parties without written authorization.

Pricing is not published. It is shared directly based on the scope evaluated and, inside the portal, only with authorized partners.

Quotes are not offers

Quote requests, quote carts and demo requests are requests for information. They do not create a sale, reservation, delivery commitment or binding price. Any transaction is governed by a separate written quote, agreement or invoice issued by AOR Medical Solutions.

Content on this platform is informational and educational. It is not medical advice, does not replace the judgment of treating healthcare professionals, and does not guarantee clinical outcomes.

Regulatory status, certifications and indications for use are those stated by the manufacturer or the issuing authority. Documents are published with their official source and verification date; availability and clearances vary by jurisdiction and must be confirmed for your market before purchase or use.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The design, text and original materials of this platform belong to AOR Medical Solutions. Manufacturer names, product names, logos, images and documentation belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and authorized distribution purposes.

Availability and third-party services

The platform is provided on an as-available basis and may change, be interrupted for maintenance, or link to third-party sites and videos that we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AOR Medical Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this platform or reliance on its informational content.

Governing law and contact
