This page is maintained by AOR Medical Solutions to describe how information is handled in the AOR Innovation Hub. It is a description of current practices, not a certification or an independent audit.

Information we collect

Please do not submit patient names, medical records or any protected health information through this platform. It is not designed or intended to receive that data.

• Contact and commercial forms: name, email, phone, organization, territory, inquiry type and the message you write.
• Quote and demo requests: the products of interest, estimated volume and timeline you provide.
• Partner portal accounts: profile data (name, company, job title, territory, preferred language), assigned role and portal activity such as document access and training progress.
• Technical and security records: audit logs and platform events used to protect accounts and troubleshoot the service.

Why we use it

• Respond to inquiries, quotes and demo requests.
• Evaluate and manage distributor and agent partnerships.
• Provide portal services: documents, training, agreements and support.
• Protect the platform, prevent abuse and keep security records.

Who can see it

Submissions are visible to AOR administrators. Partner portal content is restricted by role (administrator, distributor, agent) and enforced at the database level, so partners only see what their role allows.

We use service providers to host the platform, store files and deliver email from notify.aormedicalsolutions.com. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses essential cookies for session and language preferences, and records anonymous usage events to understand which pages and requests are useful. A cookie notice lets you review this on first visit.

Retention and deletion

Commercial inquiries are retained while the opportunity is active and afterwards for normal business record-keeping. Portal accounts are retained while access is approved; suspended or rejected accounts lose access immediately.

Your requests

To request access, correction, deletion of your information, or to unsubscribe from communications, write to americo@aormedicalsolutions.com. We respond to verified requests as promptly as reasonably possible.
